Definitely not a fan have created a really big hatred of all Savers stores. It is so extremely old and un trendy. My hatred comes from how they are a company which makes many profits and is also the biggest second hand store in the area. I never come here because there is so many small charity stores selling the same things at the same prices yet everyone comes here just like everyone keeps shopping at the Billionares stores. This needs to be stopped, people need to think about charities and smaller businesses for once.
You are only getting two starts because sometimes I find clothes I buy but I have say I’ve noticed a female employee who seems to be one of the main managers being not only rude to customers but rude to her own staff… very sad to see might want to be carful who you hire and who becomes a manager because this old lady store manager is extremely rude! :
Very nicely organised everything is in their allocated spot in the store it's easy to find what your looking for there are signs on the clothes racks to make it easier to get what your looking for but the staff are pretty rude and not helpful at all they look at you in weird ways as that was my experience anyway but I would go back to this store since they have some good stuff but last time I went some of my clothes had rips in them which I wasn't happy about but it is what it is
I’ve shopped here for essentially my entire life, but each visit recently has left me feeling less inclined to return because of the draconian surveillance and exorbitant pricing. I was purchasing a jumper at the self service check-out when the attendant sifted through the item I had purchased to ensure I had scanned the attached tag of course I had. This experience felt incredibly invasive and I can see other reviews here that detail a similar experience.nnI understand loss prevention, but for a business that receives all of its stock for free I believe that this strategy is incredibly unnecessary. I haven’t experienced this at other Savers stores so I’m not sure that it is a company-wide strategy, but if it is, I would suggest something less invasive - or even abolishing your self-service altogether if the business is genuinely that pressed to make a profit.
As other reviews have mentioned, there is one particular staff member at the self-checkout who is extremely rude. There are some nice staffs members but sadly, she ruins what could otherwise be a decent shopping experience.
