Over the years I have continued my journey from group classes to a private practice with Yvonne to becoming a Yoga teacher and now Therapist in my own right. Individual yoga therapy sessions with Yvonne have been life changing for me. Yvonne became my yoga teacher three years ago when I was suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome. The practices Yvonne developed for me have helped me manage my fatigue levels and improve my health and posture so that I could return to good health and to work. She's provided me with a daily practice that fits in with my lifestyle and what my specific needs are. Yvonne adapts my practice as my life changes and is always supportive of me. I really enjoy my lessons with Yvonne and am grateful to have her as my yoga teacher.
