A nostalgic experience with absolutely incredibly delicious sandwiches. What these guys are doing is very cool, I truly hope they succeed!
I was born and raised in Philadelphia we have a pretty big Italian population, though not quite as world famous as New York haha and spent many a day in New York growing up. So, I was excited but somewhat skeptical when Satriale’s relocated up the street from my house. But man, I was not disappointed! These sandwiches are amazing - the ingredients are fresh and authentic, the bread is delicious and the condiments are on point. The atmosphere and service is great as well. Truly the most authentic Italian American experience you’ll find short of visiting NYC. Highly recommended.
Just found this amazing deli on Uber eats. The New Yorker and Spicy salami sandwiches were so fresh, with the best quality meats and cheeses and just full of flavour !!! The fried mortadella wa perfectly toasted with an astounding amount of flavour as well! Delicious cannoli for desert and I am in food heaven. I am so impressed with the food I received I believe I'll be a life long customer. Well done !!!!!!
Don't bother - been twice, both times the order has been incorrect after a long wait. First time, wrong bread and not toasted after 30 mins wait. Didn't make me a new sandwich, scraped existing sandwich onto new bread. Second time, menu says sandwich includes lettuce, slaw, vinaigrette. Sandwich arrives without the above. Rubbish, can't get even the simple elements correct.
Better than front row at the Bada Bing! The service was fantastic and the prices were on point My Satriale's Hero with sopressa , ham prosciutto, peppers, cheese, what is the absolute right balance of fresh crunchy and salty. I got mine toasted on the grill they also do a four cheese toastie which is out of sight and the New Yorker on rhyme was so delicious specially the pickles!! Respect!
Been looking forward to those tasty looking sandwiches. So yeah me and my boyfriend went down Anzac today to look for it, but found it not there. Apparently it has moved to 297 Enmore Road Marrickville: please do update your address. sad...
Great selection of fillings to satisfy whatever your appetite calls for. If you cannot decide what you want I recommend working your way through the menu. They'll be something for everyone, of all tastes.
Amazing sandwiches! Great service and awesome theme. Would highly recommend getting the Satriale’s Hero. So good!
Cool staff and very accommodating. My advice is get provolone cheese on any of the sandwiches. Ordering from the menu is cool too but where's the fun in that..?
Great sandwich bar. Coffee isn't great Service isn't all that fast. But those sandwiches are great. Worth the wait.
