I love this place. The food has great flavour and the owners are lovely. the curries are great and if you haven't tried Indian flavours on a pizza now is your chance. Yum. One other thing I love about this place is, I take my dog as there are two tables outside.

Nice service. Meat cooked really well, soft and tasty. Rice also very nice. But the problem is source is too salty. Pansenda is really nice. But Vindaloo is too salty. Also spinach fried entree is also too salty. A little bit pity.

Very bad customer service. I ordered lamb and was sent beef. When I called to discuss the issue they denied using a different kind of meat. It's clearly beef I have eaten enough of both kinds to tell the difference

I don't understand how people can rate this any less than five stars. The traditional naan bread is the litmus test for the rest of the menu. I'm writing this review as a silent appreciation. It's so nice to know that there's authentic food in the area. We love Satguru and staff.  Jim n Trudi

The place looks a bit run down, but the food was actually quite tasty with good flavours for affordable prices. Don't expect much hospitality though when using a Groupon voucher.

Lovely food, never left dissatisfied. Good portions too. Groupon does a great deal.

Excellent Indian food in this quiet part of North Balwyn. We were a large group of 9 so we were able to enjoy a wide range of dishes from mild to very hot. Great flavours.

Such friendly and kind service. The food was both delicious and traditional tasting! Definitely recommend! I will definitely be back here again. Great value for money also.

Very bad experience. Charged extra $20 for my friend who sitting simply with me. Do not know how to behave to customers. No one should go here. Worst experience in my life
