Not impressed with the handling of the office department. As soon as you agree to their quotation they send out a contract for you to sign. 25% upfront cost as a deposit. Then they want 50% a week before the work commences rather than when they start so effectively another deposit, which totals 75% upfront cost! They then want the final 25% upon completion. Did not complete the work in the time frame they gave themselves, which did not worry me. HOWEVER, they asked me to make a down payment on the final payment even though they have not completed the work going against their own terms and conditions. A BLOODY CHEEK! This company is not about the customer but taking as much money from you before they complete the work.

Great quality products, delivered on time, and we were amazed also with the brick work they did see pic, as our project included swapping old door - window. Excellent result, wonderful people, highly recommended.
