Andrew and the team, were quick, polite and thorough in replacing the glazing of sash windows in my early Victorian cottage in St.Kilda. The windows side better than ever and the Glavenir glazing product has specs equivalent to triple glazing I understand. Can't wait to experience a toasty winter with less energy usage. The house was left mess free.
I’ve recently used Sealasash to restore my home’s original timber windows circa 1940s and install draught seals. Andrew worked on my house solo and did an absolutely tremendous job. All windows are back to being fully functional and I’ve already observed a drastic improvement thanks to the work undertaken. No cold morning air makes its way through the gaps in the windows meaning the house heats up far quicker, and I’m finding it also holds a steady temperature better than it ever has. Highly recommend using Sealasash to restore your windows.
We've just had a second job done with Sealasash in our 1920's weatherboard house, refurbishing and upgrading 3 double hung sash windows. We live on a main road so we focused on upgrades that can help reduce noise through the windows facing the main road. Sealasash serviced all the mechanisms, repaired the surrounds, installed new draught seals into the windows themselves as well as modern sound and energy efficient laminated glass - basically like double glazing but the windows still look and operate as good if not better than new. I found the team friendly, professional and very efficient. Our dog Frankie liked them all too! The team of 3 had 2 days scheduled for the job, but had it all done by around 10:30 on the second day. We're very happy with the job that was done! The windows feel great and I'm sure will look perfect one I finish painting them. While it's hard to measure, the house did seem noticeably quieter that night and the windows feel secure and open/close perfectly. We'd previously had the same job done to a few other windows, most notably in our bedroom. That time our sleep quality as measured on a Fitbit jumped up after the windows were fixed!
Great experience with Sealasash. We had some old double hung sash windows that had definitely seen better days, and were painted shut. Michael was great to deal with during the process, and in fact contacted me directly with an earlier time slot nearly a month before our booking. The team were great during the work itself, arrived on the dot when they said they would and we now have restored functional windows that look great and are properly sealed.
We were delighted with the quality of the window repairs and the way the team conducted the work. They were efficient, reliable, clean and respectful of the communal property in our apartment complex. We've noticed huge acoustic and weather sealing improvement already—definitely recommended!

We are extremely happy with the professional Sealasash team's job. The windows repairs done to the windows that needed them have been thorough, and all the windows now seal and work great. Even though we live in a quiet street we have noticed it is quieter.
We had Sealasash install seals to all our external facing windows and doors and were very pleased with the end result. We'd already double-glazed all windows and glass doors through the entire apartment as we are on a busy road but were disappointed at the lack of noise reduction with the double-glazing. Sealasash inspected our property, advised on the solution, were very professional and respectful of the needs of our body corporate and neighbours and did a great job in less than the time first allocated to the job. Darren and his team were great and we highly recommend them with the end result having greatly reduced noise and draft throughout our apartment. Very happy. RB
Well what can I say, Sealasash was perfect in every way. Right from the beginning Percy was very prompt with the quotation and explained it in detail. He also explained that they quote high to cover all contingencies and if they are not required then we don’t pay for them and that was exactly what happened. They weren’t needed and we didn’t get charged for them. On the day of the repairs Chris and Steve turned up right on time and their work was fantastic. They were very polite and their work was superb, very clean workers and they completed the job in one day 4 sash windows and the front door. Other than the fact that new springs had to be made the job was finished. When the springs were ready Steve once again came back to install them and this was very quick. We are so pleased with the end result and can’t believe how easy our windows are to open and close, and they don’t rattle. On top of that we didn’t realise they would actually reduce the noise from outside as well, what a bonus. We also had our front door repaired at the same time and the difference is incredible. Absolutely no drafts come in at all now. Overall we are extremely pleased with Sealasash and would not hesitate for a second to recommend them.
