Everyone was lovely, caring, compassionate, and professional. We felt at ease knowing our bunny was getting the best care possible. Our bunny stayed for two nights in hospital, and we were kept up to date with phone calls, texts, and photos. The staff did their best to keep our bunny isolated from cats and dogs while he was getting treatment, which certainly helped his recovery.
I can't fault the care I received at all levels - the promptness in seeing a vet my dog had suspected snake bite the vet, nurses and staff at the desk were all great. The facilities, ease of access, support while waiting is fantastic too. This was his second visit. At the previous one he was admitted and the kindness of the staff was outstanding. They even sent a photo at midnight to reassure me he was OK!!
I found all the staff to be welcoming and compassionate. I appreciated getting early feedback that my cat’s vital signs were good. The vets we saw were very good at explaining what was happening due to the snake bite and clearly outlined the possible outcomes. I appreciated that there was no unexpected bill shock. The only improvement I would ask for is to be given an indication of how long we would have to wait before blood results came through so that we could pop out for a bite to eat. Still the provision of hot drinks and snacks did help keep the hunger at bay!
Compassionate and professional. The wait was short and Dr Ryan was very compassionate and very thorough. His explanations were easy to understand even during a traumatic time. Nursing staff were incredible, allowing our boy to stay with us for as long as possible and recover with us in the consult room to ease with the anxiety felt by all. The staff genuinely care for your pet and love what they do. We are now confident that he is in the very best hands for his life saving surgery tomorrow
SASH was wonderful the way they restored Toby to health. Toby absolutely loved everyone - so much tail wagging from a little fellow who was so sick. We can’t thank you enough
