I have recently moved to the area from Perth and this was my first visit to Naturally SAS.  I was feeling very anxious going into my appointment today after having a very bad experience at a previous salon.  From the moment I walked in the staff were welcoming and friendly.   My hairdresser Erin assessed the condition of my hair and listened to my requests and concerns before providing advice and suggestions. Erin’s professionalism and knowledge made me feel comfortable I was in good hands.   Erin’s provided a superior customer service and it was a pleasure chatting with Erin throughout the appointment.  The results of my appointment foil/colour, treatment cut and style exceeded my expectation and I would highly recommend to anyone.
