It is an OK place to satisfy your South Indian craving. The food is good though it can be better. Food presentation is mediocre. Price is good for the location. It also has ample space outside for a larger party. The restaurant has improved a lot since my last visit couple of years back when it was disappointing. Though, I miss the robot server they had with previous management. The human servers are good and no complaints.
Idli and Vada were okay. Food was served within 20 mins of ordering, so pretty good there.nDosas were too oily and didn’t go well with my tummy. Had stomach ache after a few hours of having the food.nOne of the other table found a hair in their dosa, for which the server apologised.nOutside seating area was very dirty, with tables filthy and chairs worn out. Overall not a good experience and wouldn’t return again.
OMG! You just cannot drive past and not stop here for a meal. We are on a long trip from Gold Coast to Perth and were on our way to Canberra. Decided to have breakfast and lucky to have found a Saravanaa bhavan on the way. Had masala dosa and mini ghee idlis. Just amazing as always. You cannot have better South Indian food than this one. I was so disappointed when i saw the weekend rate for parking was flat $14 but had to park in the basement. Thankfully when we were settling the bill I asked about parking casually and he gave us a card to tap while exiting the carpark so we wouldn't have to pay for the carpark! If you dine here, please DO NOT PAY FOR PARKING! it's free nBest food, really huge restaurant this one. Amazing service. I asked for extra sambhar with everything i ordered and I got three extra sambhars. I am a huge fan of their sambhar. Made my day! Thanks Saravanaa Paramatta team!
Had a lovely dinner at Saravana Bhavan with a friends, the food was absolutely delicious! Authentic flavors, great variety, and excellent service. Definitely coming back for more!
Very disappointed, not at all clean. Food was half cooked dosa. The restrooms were pathetic worst than public toiletsnnThe only good part was the staff.
