We have been customers of Sapphire for over 7 years. In this time Greg and now Josh have looked after us to no end. Each meeting with Josh helps me learn more about my business and understand the best way to manage things. Josh takes to time to assess our business in the back end, and suggests the best plan of attack to move forward for the year I highly recommend Josh and Sapphire accountants for all accounting needs.

This place use to be awesome been going there since day 1. Now it is terrible paid the insurance to cover you in case you get audited still cost me around $500, the insurance does absolutely nothing. All up lost $2000 when audited and everything was legit. Got phone calls constantly from ATO saying saphite had not made contact with them through the whole audit and sapphire said they had spoken to them on a daily basis and will only cost me $500, I had a feeling I was getting played, $180 here, $120 there another $180 to read through all invoices. Very disappointing.

As a local small business owner we have been customers of Sapphire for over 7 years. All of our questions are answered on time and honestly our returns and questions or queries with the ATO are handled quickly and efficiently. The whole team at Sapphire have made our journey over the last 7 years comfortable and rewarding. Would highly recommend.

80% of small business run by owners with less then 5 years business experience fail. Why would you go to a business advisor with 10 years experience? Constantly changes prices, 4 times in the périod of 10 minutes. Gives false information to get you to do previous tax returns with them rather then just closing the account. Plus there senior accountant barely has 10 years experience. Sapphire tries to fill all your business needs by focusing a weak effort on each part. However they have no direct expertise. Got more from my tax return online. DOGS
