Purchased from this company twice and they've been incredible every time. Great customer service, they're honest, priced extremely well and they're reliable. Had my order delivered and they're always on time. Cannot recommend this team enough!
Twice now i've rung Sapar needing some material delivered that day when I should have been a bit more organised and twice the person on the other end of the phone was very helpful and friendly. They had the material out to me within a few hours. Both times the drivers were very friendly and had no dramas putting the material where I needed it with a smile on their face and a cheerful hello. I was really impressed and relaxed. The driver the other day was happy to spend a couple of minutes explaining a few questions about another product I was looking at and what would be the best product for the job. As a tradie and also as a customer it's nice to get friendly professional service if you're friendly in the first place.
The team at Sapar Redbank Plains were easy to deal with, delivered on time and in quantity. We had to order an additional 2m3 of crusher dust to get a driveway prepped with 2 hours notice, the team at Sapar delivered quickly and professionally.nnOne improvement- additional payment methods like internet/online payments would be great. Some people do not like giving credit card details over the phone in 2022.nnThanks guys.
Usually when the creep of urban housing finally surrounds places like Sapar, complaints about noise, dust etc quickly get the zoning changed and they're gone. This is why we're extremely lucky to have a one stop landscaping/gardening shop like this still so accessible. It's one of Sapar's satellite yards, so it doesn't have everything, but everything you'll need most of the time like soil, sand, papers, cement, turf etc. Prices are pretty good too!
