Had quite a pleasant experience. Comfy seating, and the menu had a good variety. The service was quick. The 2 varieties of fish entrees were quite salty. Some of the sauces served were just ok. The highlight of the night was saag and sizzling brownie.

This restaurant is service so poor , taking too long  make and not good food either. I explain them as well last time also poor but they don’t listen , we pay for quality not rubbish. Don’t want to order again this shity restaurant.

Our group of six visited Sankalp Restaurant Aspley for lunch on a Friday morning, and overall, we had a very pleasant dining experience.nnWe ordered a selection of dishes including butter chicken, naan, chicken biryani, paneer curry, and a few other items. The food arrived quickly, was served hot, and tasted delicious. Each dish was well-prepared with authentic flavors and satisfying portions.nnThe restaurant has a clean and welcoming atmosphere that creates a comfortable dining environment. It certainly delivers a good vibe, making it a nice spot for both casual and group meals.nnWhile the service was efficient, we felt that the customer service could be improved slightly. A warmer, more attentive approach from the staff would have made the experience even better.nnThat said, the quality of food and overall environment make Sankalp Aspley a great place to enjoy Indian cuisine. We look forward to visiting again.

Food is great here. They’ve got Kingfisher on tap - the chicken 65 is a must try.

I recently dined at Sankalp and tried a few dishes. The sweetCorn Vegetable Soup was just average, nothing too remarkable, but the flavors were decent. The highlight for me was definitely the Cocktail Rice Cakes paired with sambar they were absolutely delicious. The sambar here is outstanding and complements the rice cakes perfectly. I also had the Chicken Chettinadu with plain roti, which was flavorful and well-prepared. Overall, a good experience with some standout dishes. I’d definitely recommend trying the cocktail rice cakes and the Chettinadu chicken with plain roti .
