If you want staff to lie to you're face this is the place for you get new staff don't lie and also $65 for a DVD is not right. Take you're money to jb-hi-fi and spend there cause you get seald product but not hear also thanks for chipping a mug that was for a Christmas gift!!!
The whole store is overpriced. If you are looking for ridiculous prices then this is the place to go. I don't think this place is going to last long charging people $20 a movie. Many people can just download movies, watch them online or buy them from Bali for $1. They will really need to shift their main focus onto music or something else because I don't think it will be long until they close down.
