Beautiful place. The room was clean and loved the big spa and the bathroom. The heaters in the Bathroom was the added to my delight in the thick of winter.  The house was tastefully decorated and the kitchen was modern and well equipped. The only down size was no cable TV, something to think about for future. Recommend for couples and not for families, unless you book the whole house.

We had a very pleasant overnight stay at Sandymount. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented, very comfortable bed and nice and warm. Good breakfast options in a sunny dining room overlooking the lovely garden. Gwenda

My first air BnB experience I’m usually strictly a hotel user and I couldn’t have picked a better place! Absolutely beautiful & clean bedroom, en-suite and communal areas with modern amenities. Everything you need for a fabulous beachside stay that is only a short stroll to the shops and beach areas - but still a very calm, quiet & peaceful location. Great continental breakfast provided too! The owners were lovely to deal with and provided useful tips and info on the area. We will definitely be back to stay again - such a wonderful beachside break.

Well decorated and presented guest house with lounge, living, dinning and 6 guest rooms. The front and back yards are well maintained. A full kichen with everything you need. My room has everything you would expected in a hotel. Nice décor, clean king bed and a spa bathroom. If anything I have to pick on, my room TV is like a 20" good for listening to news. I can hear my next door guest in their bathroom and guests talking in the downstairs kitchen dinning area clearly in my bed I might go again in a fortnight.

Perfectly located in the heart of Inverloch, Sandymount was clean, warm and inviting.  The rooms are spacious and the communal areas are tastefully decorated. Breakfast is help yourself to muesli, toast, yoghurt, fruit tubs, coffee, tea and juice. We would definitely stay again.Rooms: 5/5

the best place i have stayed. you couldn’t find a spot of dirt if you tried, the bathroom was absolutely stunning and there were plenty of great facilities. everything was so secure and we felt so safe staying here. close to the town centre. janelle and leo have done an amazing job of this property and i will definitely be coming back. thankyou for your accommodation.

We had a wonderful time at Sandymount and will return for sure.  The home is straight out of a decor magazine, beautifully appointed yet warm at the same time.  Ideal for a couple getaway or better still, take the entire house for a special occasion.  Highly recommend.

I love this place. I've now been 4 times & am keen to go back. The owners are so nice, friendly, helpful & are a great source of Info about Inverloch & surrounds. Beautiful, comfortable, welcoming bedrooms & such a lovely home that invites you to stay. I highly recommend Sandy Mount, you will loved it.

Leo was a very nice guy who knows how to provide great customer service. The house is immaculate, the rooms spacious and well presented, and it's a pleasant walk into town or to the beach. Great romantic getaway.

What a beautiful place to stay. Wanted a romantic night away and it was the perfect place!  Lovely decor and the location is great. The Hosts were fantastic. We will definitely be back.
