Appointment was professional, but the communication beforehand was not.

I waited for 45 minutes after my scheduled time, because the doctor hadn’t arrived at the clinic yet. I understand doctors run late, but I wasn’t happy that the receptionist staff didn’t communicate this until I asked.

If possible, let people know when the doctor is running late.

Met with dr sasa tosovic - I can say he is the rudest GP I have met ever - blood report showed low Ferritin which he said was normal - requested for iron infusion referral and he avoided by saying it takes 3 months to get a booking in hospital - I am very dissatisfied by seeing such non professional GPs wasting time - another issue with this practice is the parking space which doesn't exist.

Extremely professional clinic, great undercover parking but most importantly my Doctor was actually on time and I don't have to spend forever in the waiting room!

Great clinic! I had a very professional experience here. I called with an emergency and was seen right away. Really appreciated the excellent service! Highly recommend this clinic.
