Took 25 mins after ordering for 2 sandwiches, sandwiches were sloppy as and blown out. Bread was stuck to the paper. Also quite expensive for sandwichesFood: 2/5
Ordered a " Brekkie Burger", toast bun was cold and hard, lettuce was soggy, egg cold, very small rashin of bacon not cooked long enough!!! Best advice i can give.....Stay away from this place, go somewhere else!!
Located inside Winston Hills Mall, this shop offers a large variety of ready-to-eat and hot meals. They have salad, sandwiches of course and the popular pork roll. I tried their hot pork meal and it was quite yum. Love the crispy crackling : My favourite dish so far has to be the grilled chicken sandwich with Portuguese sauce. The sauce was amazing!! I am yet to try their hot coffee but I loved their iced coffee. Coffee was strong without any extra sweetness.
This place has really gone downhill lately, the new large young girl gave me stale bread with a side of attitude. The chicken schnitzel is now half the size it used to be and the new girl was so stingy with the breast chicken it was so embarrassing taking it back for my work colleague. There is clearly no love taken in the making of the sandwiches anymore. This place used to be so so good, I've been coming here for years but sadly won't be anymore.
Unfortunately, with the current new owners, the service has really dropped dramatically. And a whole new turnover of staff who are slow and struggle to make a sandwich. Sad as I've been a customer for over 20 years and they are the only sandwich shop in the centre.
very lovely place with kind workers and yummy food. lots of reviews complain about this place but I have been coming here for a long time now and my experiences are all positive.
This was my first time at Sandwich Heaven. Customer service was initially great, but they were very busy and the sandwich maker was clearly struggling to keep up. Only one sandwich maker but two staff serving customers and taking new orders. After about 10 minutes wait one of the servers an older man started assisting the sandwich maker. During this he sung out to me "Will that be all mate" and then tried to charge me again. When I informed him I'd already paid he quickly pulled a sandwich out of the toaster, wrapped it and handed it to me in a bag. I went back to work to have my lunch and only then discovered he'd given me the wrong sandwich. Work is 10 minutes away from the shop so I don't have time to go back and wait again. Waste of $9.50 today. Poor form.

Just picked up a Schnitzel sandwich and got raw chicken. Be careful...
When owned by previous owners, the food and coffee were spot on. Since the new owners have taken over the food has taken a dive. They microwaved some wedges and tried to pass it off to a customer as fresh, they were returned. With coffee, unless the bald guy is there, don't bother. It is either weak as in warm milk with a hint of coffee or burnt and bitter. Staff also don't listen to your order and when you point out they've given you the wrong thing they want to argue with you. Sad given I was a regular there for years.
