I always get a friendly smile on arrival. If my regular doctor is not available, I have no hesitation in seeing any of the other physicians. They are all fantastic. The advantage of having so many experienced doctors on hand is that I can always have confidence in the care I’ll receive, and I know I’ll get a well respected and experienced specialist referral if I need it. The procedure room staff and pathology staff are friendly and caring as well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I can also book an appointment online anytime which suits me just fine!

I waited 50 minutes with my partner today 15/3/18 and had to walk out as two further patients had to be seen before she was next. This is the second occurrence in the past three appointments. What more can one say?

Receptionist Melissa working on 10:50am on 27/11/17 Monday is exceptionally rude on the phone manner by telling me they don't have a email address that I can send invoice to(only later on I found on their website), and their practice manager won't be in on Friday. So I waited for a week and called on Friday, only to find out he's all week here except Friday. She also interrupts and even hung up while I'm speaking. Saying it unprofessional is barely doing justice for such an irritating experience.
