There was hardly anything pleasant with the food we ordered. Ordered the Part Pack but forced us to have it crumbed and not battered so backwards to limit people’s choice rather than enhance it. Most places give you the option of battery or crumbed regardless of ordered it in a pack or individually. The oil that was used left an undesirable flavour in everything. Chips were not nice at all- mushy, bland. Was really disappointed because a few people on FB recommended this place. They really need to get out more. Would like to point out that counter service was lovely.
Had grilled barramundi and snapper both exceptional and freshly made. The chips and garden salad were delicious as well.
Such a great find, beautiful view and yummy Australian fish. Then gelato to follow. Friendly service everything you need!
We were forced to choose crumbed when opting for the party pack and it wasn't nice at all. The oil tasted old and left a yucky taste in everything we ate. The chips were mushy and bland and there were no homemade sauces, just the overly sweet master foods packets. Very disappointed considering we went here after reading a few recommendations on FB from people who obviously need to go out more. It is worthwhile to note however that the service by the ladies behind the counter was friendly and helpful.
Best fish and chips I’ve had in Australia…. Snapper was cooked perfectly , calamari was a very succulent and a generous portion, super quick service even on holiday weekend! Staff super friendly and helpful.
