Had Monday lunch here and the service was terrific. Caledonia was our waitress who guided us through downloading the pub + app to get us a discount, even though she was very busy multitasking.nThe food was great, nice bar service.nA vast difference to the old days of south side six!! . If you are in the area pay a visit.nGrilled fish and chips, pork belly bites and garlic bread.
We had Christmas lunch here and what a lovely surprise it was when we walked in the door. The place had been decorated beautifully with Christmas decorations. We were then greeted warmly by staff and shown to our table with instructions on how things worked. The atmosphere had a festive feeling with food being layed out in abundance with everything you could possibly want from seafood to roasts and everything in between. The dishes were readily replenished when getting low and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Highly recommend this venue the food was delicious and the staff were fabulous.
Our family stayed at Sandbelt Club Hotel a few weeks ago during our first trip to Melbourne, and we had a very pleasant experience. The accommodation was comfortable and well maintained. As we arrived late at night and were a bit confused, a security guard kindly approached us, asked if we needed help, and guided us to his supervisor. The staff were very friendly, professional, and supportive, which made us feel welcome right away. Overall, a great stay and we appreciated the helpful service.
It was our 1st time in tonight. We've passed by many times but for some reason or other have never eaten here.nWell tonight was definitely the 1st visit of many!nThe food was great, the portions were very generous and the staff were so on their game.nSandra was very hospitable. She explained how to order, the specials and checked in on us throughout our meals to make sure all was ok. She chatted to us and made us feel like regulars!nThank you all. Well be seeing you again soon.
I recently had a last minute booking and needed to be close to the hospital. The price was good and I wasn’t expecting much for it being on the cheaper end. However - Josie and her team made me feel welcome, the room was immaculately cleaned and full of amenities. Complimentary drinks were an unexpected surprise. 5* for the comfort of the bed and the sweet sofa in the room. The shower was also notable with its fantastic pressure, temperature and HUGE shower head!nWill definitely be booking again if the need arises!
