Went in to have a quote on servicing an automatic watch. Old man behind the counter was extremely rude. Wouldn't elaborate on the timeframe or estimate until he had seen the watch, even though I told him the exact make and model. Drove home, came back, and two seconds of a cursory glance and he said $125. Not a bad price, so I said fine, I have three spare watches at home for parts, as it's a rare obsolete watch, so if you need anything let me know. Instantly he says he won't do the job. I ask why, and he just says he doesn't want the customer involved. Sounded like he wanted to hook with a cheap service price and then jack up the cost with a whole bunch of hard to get parts with savage mark up. Don't bother. I'd have left the 1 star review for his rudeness alone. And fix the fallen down letters on your store front, makes the place look cheap.
Don’t even bother with this place! Absolutely TERRIBLE service! Wish I could give them 0 stars! The owner needs a lesson in customer service! The owners response to my review is an absolute JOKE! My son was not banging any glass whatsoever. The owner of this store is an absolute joke. I have told as many people as possible to steer clear of this store. I hope other customers do the same. A way to attack somebody’s parenting skills, I suppose this shows the quality of human you are!
Shocking service. I’m absolutely appalled. My husband bought me $900 earrings which broke the day I got them and I had to return to the store on 3 separate occasions to obtain a refund and not only be inconvenienced by the amount of times I had to go there but I also had to deal with the incredibly rude store owner! And after sifting through these google reviews, it seems like I’m not the only one who’s experienced problems with this business. I honestly have no idea how he is still in business. He should not deal with the public with his terrible attitude and rude demeanor. He doesn’t even deserve the own star.
The jewellery I bought was damaged. We went to return it and were met with an extremely rude man. He publicly insulted me and was making racist remarks. Disgusting behaviour. He did not return my money and told to swap it with something else of less value. When I swapped the items he did not give me a receipt for my purchase. Very rude and I'm not even sure if he gave me genuine jewellery. Recommend never shopping here.
The worst customer service I've ever experienced. The owner is incredibly rude, went out of his way to insult the person that I was with and who the jewellery was for and refused to help resolve the issue in any way. Wasted money and will never be back.
Customer Service atrocious!! I Purchased some earrings that were clearly faulty, I returned to store to discuss as it seemed strange the earrings would be so delicate and break so easily. The owner was incredibly rude stating untrue accusations as well as comments to the effect; he couldnt care, he didnt sell them to me like that and it was not his problem. I asked for manufacturer details to follow up as he was clearly not going to assist, he told me to google it and he didnt have a contact. no supplier details! What the actual!!?? And then proceeded to threaten me because I questioned him re supplier info. Regardless of whose fault this was, and I am certain the earrings are defective, his manner and handling of the situation was disgraceful. I simply will never ever shop there again. Wow!!Ive just read all of the reviews, and it seems Im not the only one who has experienced this appauling level of customer service!
Was bought a ring with a blemish on the surface of the stone. Returned to store to have an arrogant, rude & threatening man attempt to explain that it was an inclusion the pit on the stone was on surface not internal. Was threatened by owner that he would take legal action if I left feedback. As a returning customer I will NEVER buy here again. Quality & service non existent.
This place does not deserve any stars. Once I left the shop, I broke down & cried. My 3 year old who was picking out a present for her Nan, was treated in such a horrendous way, I felt physically sick. The rudest and most horrible attitude by the owner. The worst customer service I've ever, ever experienced.
I wish I had read these reviews before spending money with this awful store. All the negative reviews are true as far as I can tell the staff are absolutely appalling. I will never send anyone there or buy from there again how did they say I cannot have an exchange on an item that doesn't fit I needed to start quoting consumer law for the sales attendant to do their job. Will be contacting Pandora to complain as well
Terrible, horrible service. I spoke to a very disinterested "assitant" who advised a Pandora charm I wanted was not in stock didn't even bother to look! When I asked if I could have my name and number taken down to be contacted when they came in she said they were on order and could be there before the end of the week again, didn't bother to check she roller her eyes and proceeded to reluctantly take my name and number. I could have thrown my money at her and she would still have been disinterested and bothered by me! When I popped in later the following week, because I hadn't heard from them, I was greated with yet another sour face and again no assistance! I will never be back and from looking at the other reviews neither will a lot of customers. I would rather driver to fountain gate, at least you get service there!! Good luck surving in these tough time!!
