Booked in to drop my phone off for a service as the camera was having a problem. Was sent off, repaired and returned in just over a week. Fantastic service. Staff instore were very friendly and helpful. Staff member that was helping me was also helping an older lady at the same time that was not very tech savvy but was very patient with her which I thought was great.
I took a friend in to the store at Carousel on 4/1/23 to have her phone checked. I don’t know the name of the young guy who served us, but his customer service skills were much appreciated. He was friendly, patient and good with explanations.
To be fair, the store is ok, but it lacks having the ability to support its customers in a half decent manner. They can sell you the product, but when it comes to repairs, they have no option but to send it away. They do not do anything or should I say have no ability to follow up, chase up case managers, and look into anything related to support. A sense of arrogance seemed also come out of them as if you are supposed to know how their business is run when it comes to support. Shame. They sell a great line of products but when it comes to support, this store really misses the boat.
Ask for Barry apparently Barry he would have to be the most arrogant guy hands down, Samsung employee on the year!! Disinterested in your problems with there phone under warranty, told leave the phone to be sent off for a few weeks until repairs are done, how can we run a business with out a phone? Answer Not my problem ???
Had the best service here. I came to buy one phone in the end left with a phone, a cover, a watch and buds. It's definitely worth the trip. They have so many specials going on at the moment and don't forget you can trade in your old Samsung phone. It's a good way to save some money and reduce your carbon footprint a bit.
The staff are very unfriendly. I definitely made a reservation and went, but after waiting for 40 minutes for other buyers, I consulted. However, the counselor did not confirm my reservation, and guided me to another employee to consult with another buyer. That's how I waited twice, and I couldn't consult and waited for an hour before going back home. The service centers of Samsung and Apple are very different. Don't expect services like Apple from them.
Poor. They've lost my phone. Waited over half an hour before I suggested that this was an excessive wait time and gave them the option to courier it direct to me when/if they find it. A guy has a runny sniffly nose that he was rubbing with his hands then riffling through the packets to try to find my phone. Not a good look on this post COVID environment. Over all I only put one star because it wouldn't let me put less
Hi I still can't believe l am dealing with Samsung such a long time I ordered new phone from Samsung and still waiting l called Samsung customer service and they said it is coming today they will call you and no body call me next they l ringed again and exactly same thing, 3 day l am calling and they told me it is coming by the end of month which is end of month!!!! Obviously this is a big lie to your customer and you expecting customer loyalty? And compare yourself with iPhone this is the worst customer service l have ever had... I am not talking about products unfortunately because it is good or bad but you guys terrible that's all l can say. l will never ever ever buy anything from Samsung no matter what or how good their products. Never ever recommended to anyone maybe it is not effected you but this is what l feel because of your customer service...
Put in a Samsung tablet, the repair has taken 4 weeks the TECHworks which I had to call a couple times asking when will be returned and I get waiting for courier which I find this service appalling when I mentionef this the woman couldn't of cared. Should have bought an iPad. The tablet is for my 89yr father who relys on it for his sight.
They are thief like apple now. They are not charger in the box now. If they saying taking care earth. Just lie. They just want to earn more money. If we need charging phones. They have to put charger in the box. Government should stop it. If they really care the earth. Using recycled plastic. Not paper for anything. Papers come from trees.
