I came here for Claudia who is absolutely wonderful. But the practice itself is a painful and anxious process. They often do not respond to phone calls even when you leave messages. They used to have a really good receptionist now its constantly people who have no idea what they are doing. My partner has always made my appointments and it has never been an issue as he has been given permission. Yet here we are being treated rudely as i am far too anxious to call. Im quite sad i wont be able to see Claudia anymore but i cant go somewhere that cant understand the basic needs of those with someone with anxiety when you are a psychology practice!!
So you get charged if you cancel within 24 hrs fair enough. But they can cancel 3 hrs before? A bit rude…
I really like the people here, they're all very respectful, patient and kind.
