A Chinese Hotpot restaurant that focuses on Chaoshan/Teoswa cuisine. There are a number of signature dishes including the prawns, fried Beef slices and of course the bone broth for hotpot. The beef cuts are also very fresh and on point. Staff provides some good recommendation but it does get pretty busy so service can be slightly slow. The atmosphere is as expected for a Chinese hot pot restaurant, and it's relatively clean. Good to see a few more southern Chinese hot pot restaurants opening up. Will come back in the future!
A large group of us went to try the highly reputable beef hot pot in this restaurant, and we weren't disappointed. Everything is pristine fresh. The different kinds of beef are exquisite in their taste and textures should especially try chuck roll, slab reinforcement, shin shank conical and oyster blade. The beef balls are yummy and bouncy. The seefood congee is probably the most flavoursome congee I have had. Highly recommended.

We have been to Sams regularly. The food is really good. The whole family loves the dinning experience.
Passed by this restaurant many times and today tried it. Great food, service and atmosphere! Got a big parking lot at back street. Must try it next time with family
