Waiting to buy some items when the card payment system froze. The manager said we could keep items in a basket and come back another day. I said yes I will come back the following Saturday as I work during the weekdays. The manager then proceeded to take my items out and said she can’t save them, I wasted my time travelling to the shop and then was told they can’t be kept once she said I could keep them there. Cannot see why they could not save them as offered, after all it was their system failure. Lacks basic customer service.
Very small and cluttered store, with most women’s items costing $22. Seems a bit overpriced
Incredibly rude aswell as opening extorting people. Charging ridiculous amounts of money for items that cost them nothing - it's disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this outlet not all salvos are the samennDon't go here. Unless you wanna be fleeced.
Love the daily colour specials!nA lot of quality items, label brands.nVery neat and clean store. Well organised and not too much crammed into the racks. I enjoyed shopping here. Staff were friendly and chatty. Thankyou
Staff are incredibly rude. We found a toy perfect for my niece and obviously she loved playing with it while we were browsing for goods. The store is small and not much options. Got to the counter to pay and the old lady was complaining that the noise is annoying to other customers? She obviously also has a hearing issue or just being racist because she kept getting annoyed that she couldn’t here what I said. We bought the toy but definitely unnecessary treatment. Do not recommend this place.
