I come here quite often, weekly at a minimum and I’ve seen a lot !nFirstly the staff are absolutely amazing, they’re extremely helpful, very friendly and their patience and resilience is outstanding. Some customers have been incredibly rude, demeaning and outright disrespectful to the staff and it’s so hurtful to see.nI witnessed a woman arguing every price of an item she took to the counter, price clearly visible but she continued to make the staff feel uncomfortable and put them in a very unfair situation having to reiterate and try to explain why things are priced.nnThis salvo is clean, ordered and always well maintained.nnEven though it’s 5/5 stars, the main reasonnfor my review is to show the staff that people do see you and what you do. I personally am sorry for the disrespect you all have to endure.nI truly hope you have amazing days that make up for those really hard ones.nplease don’t ever change as I recognise and see you!!
Huge store with furniture clothes,toys and lots more. Set out nicely with room to move and seemed clean with nice staff.
REALLY ……. Absolutely disgusting 60 dollars for a bag of used donated Lego I guess u guys have forgotten the whole point of Salvation Army
I got to the teller and unfortunately some of the clothing didn't have tags on. The lady than says well it's an expensive brand and puts up a price $20+ per item. Very greedy , they get the clothes for free. I go to the salvos because I know some of the clothes are in good condition and amazing prices. This was disheartening
The staff need to learn manners on how they speak to customers and people who donate. I went into a store today to be met with the rudest lady at the counter who refused to take my donations. She continued to yell at customer in the store as she wanted to go home. I will be donating elsewhere from now on and I hope other people do that same.. This is very poor for a store that is to help people in need. Disgusting behaviour
