Usually give 5 stars but twice now I have been declined service because they said they were fully booked. That's rubbish as when was in t here waiting to br looked after a couple of people came in off the street and asked if they coukd be seen, knowing every spot was filled because I was thd last owrson but they said yes just wait there we will fit you on. So if I walked off the street I'd ge seen but just because I called I. Declined.nog hapoy and have not a thing in kh pkacd to eat but that's OK I'll survive o air alone.
They weren't open, but I don't blame them, as there is flood damage.
Its WAS my favourite op shop in the valley , Look I understand that just leaving/dumping your donations wasn't ideal , but people donating don't want you rummaging though their stuff , only talking what you want, its easy just to throw it away . Because of this there is barely anything in the shop.
To bad if you have special needs.l received a bag food l couldn't use can of soup l opened l thought no more of it when l sat to eat it most disgusting taste l couldn't eat it left it on the sink next morning it was black as far as a voucher there like hens teeth and $25 gets you a few things in coles
.. Good work being done by good people in fairly difficult conditions .. Renovations and additions have been done fairly recently that have made their work a bit easier ..
Really went above and beyond to help as they were not open. Not a place I'd like to visit. But this once in 20 years helped.
Unable to be soon for food relief but policy and procedures not the poor lady who answeted my calls fault.
The staff are so mean , an always talking about how over work colleges are stealling do not recommend
Always trying to help you, easy to talk to about what is going on in your life
Cheap, cheap, cheap small shop with heaps crammed in. Look out for the $10 fillem up bag days..
