Ordered a Texas beef burrito. Next to no meat in it, stuffed mainly with rice. I've had more protein in a Boost smoothie. The chips were ok though.
Customer service is pretty lax and uninterested. I went to them a couple of times over the past 3 weeks and it was pretty much the same level of "disinterested" service. The counter is unattended at off peak hours, the order taking is without a smile, no conversations are engaged, no information regarding the order processing time is shared. You need to work that out yourself. The food in itself is pretty average and uninteresting. In short nothing to write home about this place.
Run by 12 year olds who have no idea what they're doing. Half of my burrito is always plain rice?? Can you please mix your burrito ingredients a little. The only reason I have ordered from here is because I have a gift card. The girl with the good makeup is the only sensible person there and deserves a raise.girl apply for Mecca
"Fancy a crispy fish burrito?" the email said! "Yes" I thought and off I went to Salsas at Indooroopilly Food Court. It was terrible - tiny pieces of not crispy fish, no sauce and a flavourless burrito. Slow service and very disappointing food. I won't be going back. Ever.
Vegetarian burrito says on the menu; "Coriander & lime rice, onion & capsicum, zucchini & broccoli, corn salsa, black beans, guacamole & chipotle salsa". Sounded great to me but my resulting order had zero broccoli, the rice was dry & bland, the corn "salsa" was nothing more than washed canned corn kernels, capsicum was wafer thin, greeny yellow & tasted pickled ugh, and the overall taste experience was dull & underwhelming.
Great food, high pricing but absolutely amazing staff. The food is great however sometimes can differ in taste from perhaps staff time or quality. Regardless tastes great and offers a variety in contrast to nearby food outlets. Would recommend the bowls and boxed chips!
First customer for the day and had to ask at 9:45am if they were serving food or not? No lights on inside and could only see one guy usong the deep fryer. SERVICE Friendly, once I found out they were actually serving. FOOD Fresh and delicious California Chicken Bowl COST $10.80 bowl CLEANLINESS First customer so inside looked really clean.
Shocked! I was served expired Ranch sauce - 6 days over! Girl at counter said that’s not good - but didn’t act on it. I better not get ill. I noted the date when putting lid back on & took photo. Reported to centre management.
I’m a regular customer of Salsas but never have I been treated so poorly with disrespect by any staff member until today. The register girl was purely rude and she couldn’t even get the right order! and when I was asked for my membership card upon paying, I reached over to grab it from my friend and she started to serve the next customer behind me! How rude! It wasn’t even during peak hour and there was no line. When my order was ready, she just ‘threw’ my bag over the counter without saying anything and rolled her eyes. Sadly, I’ll be staying away from Salsas for awhile until they do something about their customer service
I couldn’t remember why I had stopped going over that place, asked for a beef burrito but got rice burrito! I told them not to put any salt on my chips, but there it was plenty of salt, very disappointed because it used to be my favorite, I used to tell all my friends how good it was! I’m not sure if they are told to do that
