Story

Sala Thai is a locally owned Thai restaurant in Eumundi. We have experienced Thai cooks and use fresh ingredients to produce high quality Thai curries, noodle dishes, rice dishes, Thai salads and entrees. We also have fish & chips available and are BYO. Enjoy our table service and relax on the deck or take away.

Ordered Mossman beef and green chicken curry and a vegetable dish. Beautiful presentation and lots of fresh veggies but no meat in either to speak of. No flavour all tastes the same . Did let the staff know but nothing said. Water only and $105.
We LOVE this place! It never ever disappoints! The food is authentic and delicious, the service is always lovely and pricing is great! As a local family we love dining here, Thankyou!!
Ok place but not special. Two out of three dishes tasted really nice, the fourth one tasted burnt. Service ok. Lunch prices good: $10 for a dish. However when we asked to have a chicken dish substituted with tofu we are vegetarians, they wanted extra $7. Our table was dirty and didn’t get cleaned the whole time, so we ate next to a pile of waste. Interior is nice, parking on the road seems to be plenty. We were happy to find a restaurant that was open during lunch and it was good enough but we probably wouldn’t go back.
Very ordinary. Service very slow and food lacked taste. Sauce with Satay pork was tasty.
The food was good, but not amazing The bread with peanut sauce was nice and warm. It was very cold outside and inside where we were eating. Some tea helped us warm up. The tofu cashew fried rice had a lot of cashews which was great but almost no tofu. My husband had the jungle curry and thought it was good.
