Wow!! So tasty!! Lots of great options. Can't wait to go back and try more of the menu. Fish was super fresh and tasty. Didn't take pics of the nigiri but it was really good. Service was outstanding!
Yummy food and great presentation of the lunch box. Love the taste and the portions of the plates. We had really good time there.
It is a brilliant Japanese dinner. Every dish we ordered was amazing Houjicha crem brulee & tempura & aburi seared salmon sushi was great! Almost forget mentioning about cheese Omelette, it is must try dish.
We love this place - Icco are Junko and such great hosts. Close to fine dining but with the atmosphere and personal service of a charming local eatery. Been here many many times and always enjoy it. It's getting busy though and can take a little longer to get served - but hey - its worth the wait.

Sooo good. We didn’t have a booking and they made room for us though they were pretty busy. Food doesn’t come out super quickly but it didn’t matter to us at all - it was worth the wait. Best Japanese food I’ve had in NZ

We had dinners there last month. It’s a nice small restaurant. The food was great and service was ok. But the particular night we were there, the food serving was a really slow. Not sure it’s just one off or they actually do need to hire more staff.

One of the best Japanese restaurants in Auckland. Great tasting food. We sat at the bar and was able to see the chefs in action. Wonderful experience.
