Fricken amazing!!! Great food, best breakfast ive ever had in WA. Awesome staff and a big cheersies to the chefs. Thanks guys xxx
Nice place to eat! I had the wagyu burger and it was really tasty. The chips were also good, and that's pretty rare in Australia... Also, unlike some comments I read, the waitress was smiling and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place =
Went on Mon morning the 4th June at 11am. Lining up with 3 other customers when we were told they had too many breakfast orders and as the lunch menu did not start till 11.30 we were turned away. Very dissapointed. Have never been turned away and been refused service. As Margaret River is a tourist town I would have thought they would have done everything to keep customers. Went around the corner to Drift. They were very busy. We had the last table and service was very good and staff very friendly I know where I will tell friends and family to go. Very bad service.
Probably one of the most underwhelming breakfasts I've ever had. It was a table of six of us and most ordered the Eggs Benedict-all of the five dishes with poached eggs were overcooked and dry. The dish also barely had hollandaise sauce on it which would of compensated for the dry eggs. I wanted to order the Sails Too Bibimbap but unfortunately it wasn't available because they're under new management-which she forgot to mention prior to ordering. I quickly decided on the Bruschetta and added a fried egg and smoked salmon. For an extra $6 I received the smallest piece of salmon that was lacking in flavour and my fried egg had a funny taste. For $60 bucks for two dishes and two dirty chai's the only thing that they're good at I would suggest you do yourself a favour and go across to Riversmith.
Table service promising, but actually ended up disorganised and somewhat rude. The weak coffee received is easily bettered by numerous establishments along the strip. Much preferred the brew at Urban Bean near the top of the hill, despite it was slow to arrive.
Well I think only the breakfast is good. The rest is REALLY bad. Do not get exited about the more like lunch menu, how can anyone say it's lunch while all the servings are vegetables. Take example of the smoked salmon. Just a few thin slices of salmon and a whole bunch of vegetables, not worth it.
One of the better Cafe's from the southwest. It ticked all the boxes for me. Coffee is brewed with love. Friendly and helpful staff. Had to wait for food but was offered some compensation which is great . Busy place for a reason
We bought what must have been the most expensive breakfast in the civilised world at this Cafe - $63 for two ordinary meals and I mean ordinary and two coffees. My girlfriend had two poached eggs, three literally 3 cherry tomatoes, a "side" of smoked slamon and a flat white. I had scrambled eggs on toast with asparagus, baked beans, smoked salmon, haloumi cheese and a cappucino. If the price was not offensive enough, my eggs were overcooked and thus very dry, the "side" of smoked salmon we had must have weighed less than 20 grams no joke and the aspargus was still raw. I find it fascinating when people write complements about Cafes such as this because, based on my experience with them, their focus appeared to be to grab as money as they can from their customers and to give them as little as possible as they can in return. We would never ever go back.
2nd time here.....better than 1st time but I think that's cause I chose better. Lovely scrambled eggs but I felt they were underseasoned. Excellent value for money...almost too much. Great little spot to watch the world go by....
Probably the worst service I have experienced. Waited an hour for a vegetarian breaky and a flat white. Mug had not been washed from the previous customer. Need to have more staff on if they cant handle a busy breakfast
