Had a split system not working properly and called these guys. Electrician was there for less and 10 min. Was told it has to be replaced and was charged $179 to be there for less than 10 min and then had Melissa - the finance manager continually harass me for payment.  Terrible

Safe & Sure were very professional in every step of our Solar Installation. Their Office Staff were friendly & helpful, the technicians were informative & polite. It was a pleasure to do business with them & we will highly recommend Safe & Sure to friends & family for future works.

Do not waste your time with this company. We had 5 jobs and only 1 was completed without trouble. Our window was broken during installation of a window fan (although the electrician admitted this at the time, they then tried to shift the blame), they used tape to secure our rangehood vent and the hole was not made large enough for the vent to lead outside, we paid extra for chasing wire which was done so poorly the wire could not be covered so it would be flush with the wall, and on installation of our air conditioners they were scratched. They were able to replace our switch board without issue and they compensated a small amount for the above mistakes. These jobs took up to 5 electricians on one occasion and multiple trips. We are very dissappointed and will not go near them in the future.
