Lovely setting in the Hunter Valley. You'll be better off giving then a call on weekends to secure a table. Pleasant view of the surrounding country side. Desserts are amazing, look fantastic and taste great. Staff are lovely and friendly. Coffee is on par with the desserts. Highly recommend for a treat.

Amazing dessert with a brilliant view. A truly relaxing place to chill with friends or family. Perfect for little ones too as you can do a take away and dine just below them and let the kids run wild. There’s also a brewery below the dessert bar that adults would love. Will be back again.

I live an hour away from here and stopped here after being recommended by a balloon company - I would very much drive an hour to come here again, it was fantastic! This is a sweet tooth's dream. Absolutely brilliantly presented desserts that taste just as good, the hardest part is picking something! Huge variety of window desserts plus a double sided menu. From how fancy the desserts are, I expected the prices to be higher than what they were. Didn't wait too long even in peak dining hours and we were able to come in without a booking, although I would recommend booking if you've got more than 2 people as it was pretty packed. There's seating inside and outside with a view, with table service. It is wheelchair and pram friendly as well. Will be coming here again for sure!

Absolutely amazing views and have been back a few times. We've tried the medley tasting plate, lychee and summer berry cheesecake, black forest gateau, crispy green apple royal and portuguese tarts. Love that you can pair this with wines, coffee or just have it as a takeaway. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented, a real treat. Expansive views can be enjoyed in the small outdoor area or fully glassed areas inside. This is a must stop each time for Hunter Valley visits.

Th best dessert bar in Hunter Valley! We ordered the summer berry cheesecake with lychee and the vanilla ice cream with strawberries. We really enjoyed them as it was just the right level of sweetness. The place also had majestic views of the vineyards it was worth walking around to burn off excess calories!

Very popular place so booking is highly recommended. We booked a window view table that was extremely easy to do online through the website The staff were friendly and efficient and the selection of dessert/sweet treats is extensive and would suit most palates. You can dine in or takeaway. We elected to share sweet options, the larger is the Bailey sundae, there is the Sabor tasting plate and a berry frangipani tart All delicious!

This is my favourite place in the Hunter located in the Lambloch Estate. We've been coming here for years and the quality has not changed. Some desserts look like works of art. Friendly staff. This venue is very popular, try to book in advance. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Highly recommended.

WOW... What more does one need to say about Sabor Dessert Bar! I don't know where to start, this place is beautiful, the amount of amazing desserts they have available is overwhelming in a good way and of course it was all so wonderfully delicious.

Quick and efficient service. Staff very friendly and happy to help with setting up decorations for events. A large variety of delectable desserts and 2x tasting plates. A large beverage menu and function packages. They cater for all dietary requirements including vegan options. High standard of communication in preparation for events.
