Worst online shopping experience ever. I was asked for a replacement product as the original item I ordered wasn't available with them anymore. When I received the product pomme piduo salt and pepper shaker it had salt and pepper in it and spilled over entire package with pepper all over. It was a gift, hence I didn't wanted an used item with torn package that they sent. When I wanted to return the package, the person M. Herborth doesn't reply for days. That person knew that I wanted to send the package soon as I was travelling outside country. This is not the way to treat customers. I have previously ordered through pomme piduo directly and always receive product in colourful breakproof package. I am not sure about in-shop experience but online shopping experience with sabo was very disappointing to me.
