10/10 would recommend. I have tried for 12 years to gain control over my hormonal acne. I have been to doctors and dermatologist. I have been on multiple different medications, creams, serums and prescription topical agents! All without any luck. I was recommended Lou by a friend. This was my last recommendation before I tried Roaccutan. I have had only three sessions so far and my skin has not been this good since before puberty! The treatments at times can be intense but Lou guides you through and is there to listen, provide reassurance and a good laugh! I have learnt so much about skin, skin care and Led therapy over these sessions. The best part about the treatment is she has a gorgeous little cat that sits on your lap for cuddles. Anyone looking for skin help, please book in a session, you will not regret it!

Since going to Lou my skin has dramatically improved. I have stopped having breakouts and the acne scaring has almost disappeared. Lou is extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly what is needed to get results. I know I am in safe hands! I have been seeing Lou for years and she has been my skin angel. I initially went to Sa Vie with acne that wouldn’t settle down and associated acne scarring. My scarring is no longer an issue and my skin is clear. Lou’s expert knowledge of the latest treatments means she is on top of any presenting concerns I have, mainly those that come with age and I trust her with all skin treatment recommendations as the results so far have always been great.  She is honest about what I do and don’t need and how to make the most of my time in the skin spa. The whole experience at the spa, start to finish, is always phenomenal. The space is beautiful and relaxing even when undergoing some intense treatments.

I am very lucky to have found Sa Vie and can call myself one of Louisa’s clients for some years now. Lou is utterly professional in all formal areas of her work, while at the same time intuitively creates an atmosphere which feels personal and just right for me. I would never consider going anywhere else.
