Totally disorganised. Here for fasting bloods. Arrived at 7.20 - long queue for 7.30 opening. It’s now 7.50 and they have now only bled 2 patients. Several people have left in disgust as they only had to drop off a specimen but there was nowhere to do that and no receptionist. Staff are chatting in the bleeding room and appear to be carrying out staff training. Never again!
I recently had my blood test done by Dinali at SA Pathology, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Dinali was incredibly professional and skilled, making the process painless and efficient.
Had been there often during my first pregnancy, and Karen is experienced and I didn’t feel much pain from the blood collection
Karen was my phlebotomist and she has a lovely warm nature. She is friendly and professional. It is obvious she knows what she is doing, as I barely felt her blood collection and there was no bruising at all. The woman at Reception was also lovely and friendly, and my wait time was minimal. Wonderful service from the moment I walked in the door. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful. My phlebotomist was Karen and she was absolutely amazing. The most gentlest person in my experience who has taken blood. I honestly didn’t even feel anything! She was so kind and informative about the procedure I was going through. Just such a good experience here I had to share.
