We bought an apartment built by these dodgy builders over a year ago and reported a list of defects which they have still not rectified.  My husband has been calling their office every couple of weeks, I have emailed them and our building manager (CVA) has contacted them (Lou) on numerous occasions and we have not had anyone come and fix the issues or contact us to follow up the matter.  This company is a joke and I would never recommend for anyone to buy anything built by these guys as you can expect a list of defects that will go unresolved like us and many other owners within our complex as soon as you handover your money.  Seeing as they are not responding to us we are going to take this matter further but in the meantime I want this to be a warning to anyone else who is considering buying a building constructed by them.  Appalling and disgusting levels of customer service and building quality, they should be ashamed to even call themselves builders or be registered as a business.

This company cannot be trusted with building apartments... I have been waiting 5 months to have my defects fixed. If you are looking at a place built by this company then stay away.

Originally I was promised that they would finally be fixed in February 17 it is now the end of May and the owner has ignored calls and text messages. I've even had both the developer and body corporate contact them with no luck either..  

Unfortunately it seems like the only option is now is legal action.
