Had a car repaired here and can't complain about the service or end result terrific

I had a bad experience when I went to fit fuel flap into my car. I provided my own material and asked them to fit into my car. First they told me it will cost altogether 150 to paint color and fit into the car. They also said it would have been just 30 dollar to fit if they don't have to paint my panel. I asked them just to fit without painting which was 30 dollar. 2 3 minutes later they rejected it saying its risky as it might not fit into my car and they don't have time. What a joke!!! you were happy to do it for 150 dollar on the same day but don't have time for 30 dollar.

Where to begin……, by far the worst panel beaters I’ve ever dealt with from professionalism to workmanship. If I could give minus stars that still wouldn’t truly reflect how bad they actually were. I took my car to them in December, was told it’ll be done mid Jan, called to ask when it’ll be done they kept saying next week next week next week with a new and improved excuse, ended up getting my car back on the 15th of February. Once I had gotten it back I had seen a few issues, - Engine light was lit up on the dash - Tyre hadn’t been changed - Bullbar was scratching headlights - Cables weren’t secure and hanging downs - Bonnet protector was missing - Wheel enlightenment wasn’t done - Making a terrible noise when turning Called them the following day to discuss the problems with the car, they were absolutely no help over the phone, ended up going back to the shop for them to rectify the problems which took them another week and a bit to rectified. Come back to collect my car from them to only have half the problems fixed and to be told that’s all they can do for me. I ended up going somewhere else to fix all the errors made by S and J and now my car is finally back to normal, no thanks to the boys and their limited skills and abilities at S and J.Services:&nbsp;Painting

A little more understanding would have been nice as I was left without a vehicle to attend urgent medical appointments

Got a insurance repair job here a few years back, did a fantastic job. During the repair they order a reverse assistance back bumper instead of a standard bumper, so they rang us up and said they can fit the reverse assist back bumper on and connect it up for a small fee which we agreed to, that extra addition has been fantastic. Highly recommend this joint. A+

Seamless process from my car being assessed, repaired and drive away.  I took my car to S&J Smash Repairs through my insurance company Youi and met Anthony.  We went through the repair area 10min and was told the repair would be done by Friday 4 days and it was.  Just the thought of the process of dealing with a panel beater was daunting, a battle I didn't want to have.  But quite the opposite, my experience with S&J Smash Repairs was in all, AWESOME, no headaches, no issues, I am satisfied.  Thanks.
