Excellent selection of fruit and vegetable market as well as great food stalls. Top source for tropical fruit etc. Busy, bustling, full of atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit. Parking on the street side could be difficult. Metered too.
Rusty’s markets is one of the coolest marketing experiences I’ve ever had. Coming from the Adelaide Central Markets, it was an incredible sight with heaps of stalls including fresh food, fruits & veggies. Coffee, niche products, and heaps of market quick eats. One of the highlights of tourism sight-seeing.
Rusty Markets or weekend market. Only open in the weekend. Come early. Many shops closed after 2pm. I can say that they kinda divide the market into 3 parts. The first part is the food court. Many cuisines and they sell drinks too. The second part is the fruit sections. You can buy many tropical fruits here. And the last one is the others. Sell from rocks to clothes. One of an interesting place to visit when you are in the central. Check out the japanese food in the food court. I really recommend it
Great market with great selection of fruit, veg and takeaway meal options along with other items for sale. If you want to try tropical fruit, there's a great selection and prices between stall holders are much the same.
Great fruit and vege but the crafts are mostly bali style - would go again for the amazing passion fruit etc but not the goods
