Lovely Italian food! Very cute little restaurant near Katoomba station. The staff are nice and atmosphere is great.nIt is recommend to make a reservation beforehand!nnI highly recommend the pizzas. We ordered a few different pizzas and all were tasty, the vegan pizzas included!nnThe gnocchi and rocket salad are delicious as well.
Rustico is simply amazing, their pizza is divine. We were only in Katoomba for 2 nights so I was disappointed I didn’t get to eat here more!nnWhile waiting to be taken to our table, I enjoyed watching the man at the front frantically shovel in and out pizzas from the wood-fired oven.nnCalling ahead for a reservation is recommended as this place gets absolutely jam-packed. Service can seem a little slow, but it is completely understandable given how hectic things are for the staff, they never have a moment to stop. This place is really busy and that is purely a testament to how amazing it is.

Snowing and freezing cold outside but inside the restaurant was warm and cozy filled with joyous music and crowd. Warm and friendly staff to make our evening great. Great vibes, delicious pizza and excellent zucchini flower that goes well with our Shiraz. Good value for the bottle.
