took my old bike not bought at 99 bikes for shifter repairs. Staff were patient & informative & happy to answer extra queries. Got SMS confirmation when bike was ready for pick up. The cost, I thought was very reasonable. I would definitely be happy to return here

Very great customer service by all the team members, helpful and friendly, even the maintenance team also very good. I recommend Lidcombe rather than 99 bikes Penrith store for better experience.

Excellent customer service from Wan. My first time riding a drop bar road bike - he took his time going through the bike itself and all the accessories I enquired about. Wasn't pushy at all and had excellent recommendations for what I needed as a beginner. Expert knowledge, friendly and patient!
As a first time rider, Ganeshan and the team were very helpful in getting me set up. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Easy parking on site was a plus!
Busy, staff are nice. On weekends more car space would be good
