The girl that did my hair was rude and didn't listen to what i wanted (i believe she was manager). The makeup artists also didn't listen to what i wanted and did not follow the pictures i showed to guide them. Runway Room lacks a range of colours and has very basic colours. A burgundy lipstick is quite a common lipstick in my opinion but their darkest colour was a plum colour and they didn't have any dark lipsticks at all. Their eyeshadow palette had minimal colours and they were only able to do minimal, boring makeup looks. No redeemable products like every other makeup brand who does makeup. Overall they seemed rushed and put out by any specific requests. I will not return here and don't recommend it to anyone

Lacked a variety of colours in eyeshadows and lipsticks, and felt very rushed during my experience. Staff did not follow my instructions of what I wanted, after showing pictures. Disappointed that it did not include redeemable products like other make-up business do.
