Food was great; very interesting menu! The place is amazing, beautiful outside sitting area, giving you the chance to sunbath while enjoying a nice brunch! However service was really average, I probably caught them on a bad day but I was really disappointed.
Rudimentary is a good cafe located in a convenient spot. They offer nice vegetarian options which are quite enjoyable. However, I feel the taste of the dishes could be a bit better.nnThe atmosphere inside can get a bit too noisy at times, which might not be ideal if you're looking for a quiet place to relax or work. On the plus side, the service is great; the staff are friendly and attentive.nnOverall, it's a decent cafe with potential for improvement.
I’ve popped into this cafe a few times when I’m in the area. They are fast and friendly with pumping out coffees. They also have an excellent selection of baked goods. You can sit in their shipping container or outside in their generous sized courtyard. I recommend sitting outside if you have little ones and they can enjoy the space by the garden beds watching the cars go past. This is also a dog friendly cafe.
Ordered the garlic roasted mushrooms for $22.50 and Wagyu burger for $23.50. Mushrooms had strong garlic flavour and firm texture. Cauliflower puree tasty and kale was crispy. Slightly smaller serving size than other brunch places. Great friendly service. Took away a brekkie roll for $17.
Food was top notch and service was really quick. We were worried that we may not get a seat but there’s much seating both inside and out that it’s not an issue.nBreakfast roll was nice and roasted mushrooms delicious but the standout was the crumpets with quince jam
