Went in for a closed door respray. After talking with the head paint and panel bloke i was very happy with the price to do a full open door respray. Including colour matching all new barwork. Straightened out every panel. It looks like a brand new car. They are very fussy in their work and when given the appropriate time to do the right job, the results speak for them selves. Will be sending my other car there in future for same treatment.
They did a very good job on my Nissan Navara door repair. Very good customer service and made it look brand new. Would recommend to anyone.Service: Body & Trim
I do not recommend this place for JDM cars due to my car was in an accident about 9 months ago in Brisbane, my insurer took my car to Rudds, they did the quote for my car under what it was insured about, then my insurer call me up saying that, they did the quote but do not work on JDM, and was going to write off my Car, so went to a different panel beater up near the Gold Coast. What’s the point in doing a quote if you don’t work on jdm,
Got my car back on the road after an accident. It looks like a new car! Highly recommended.
Not bad but had to wait near 3 months to get our car back after accident, then had problems with wiring to lights which they couldn't do anything to unless we left it for another 6 weeks.
Absolutely terrible terrible repairer. Do Not take your car here. Had my car repaired through insurance here it took them 7 months. Then when car came back after spending 7 months in the workshop being repaired, as soon as it rained heavy a few days after being delivered back the car was completely flooded by water pooring in, all due the rushed poor repairs by Rudds. Instead of repairing the engine firewall to a high industry standard, Rudds decided to do a fast and shody repair to the firewall which in doing so did not fully waterproof the car cabin from water. The repairs were so bad and the car so flooded with water the Insurance company had to write my car off, not due to the accident damage, but due to the extremely bad and unprofessional repair from Rudds. All because they cut corners on the waterproofing the engine firewall. So after being without my car and being jerked around by Rudds who ordered the wrong parts, and giving multiple excuses why they weren't keeping to there own repair deadlines, 7 days after getting the car back it was gone again never to return. It was originally a $65K Sportage GT purchase in 2016. They are an absolute bunch of cowboys. If your in need of repairs, do not trust them with your car ask your Insurer to go elsewhere.

Great service, very friendly and professional. If you want repairs with confidence this is the place. Car returned with all work completed well. Work was finished ahead of schedule which meant hire car could be returned on time and no extra costs to us. No second hand parts like some other smash repairers. All new parts, even offered to replace the previous poor work from another repairer, at no cost to us. Easy fix...we called our insurance company and they sorted it out with Rudd’s. Well done Rudd’s, highly recommended!
To date - absolutely unreliable, manipulate the truth, back pedal etc. I could honestly NOT be more disappointed in this company and their lack of customer service.
Had to visit to get my vehicle fixed after some damage. They were super friendly. Still currently awaiting for my repair to be complete.
