Ordered items online and believe that this store was given the order to send out. It will be over 2 weeks since I have ordered the item that is in stock, before it is delivered. I can have item sent from oversea faster then that. What a JOKE!! First time I have used this company.nn3/6/24 - Update - On Thursday passed one of the store staff informed me that the order had just leave from the store and will be delivered on Friday guess what it did not. So I emailed border express and was told that I need to talk to RTM- Eastern Creek. I replied back and asked them to provide me with the information of when my delivery will be delivered. Only to be informed that RTM requested the delivery to returned to store.nnSo now I don't have my order nor my money that I paid for it. Lets see how long this will take to get my money refunded.nnThis is what happens when you try to support an Australian company. Should have just order it from China........nnI would give them NO stars, but google will not allow it!!!
True gentlemen ! Wouldn't go anywhere else purchased a anchor winch from them and the brand wasn't a solid one they happily replaced it for me after it failed on me . No headaches whatsoevernThe manager Benjamin is a champion helped me with specs for my new anchor winch and best options .nWouldn't go anywhere else !nThanks guys
