We had some communication issues initially with rental property but that staff member has now left and subsequently everything has been dealt with promptly, very well and professionally after raising the matter with the directors and management.  Inspection report was comprehensive and thorough .

She was great at keeping us updated with progress throughout our sale campaign. Bev is always positive, provides suggestions and is a pleasure to deal with. A full service real estate agency, buy or sell with them with a high degree of confidence. They also manage rental portfolios. One of the premier agencies in the region, for town or country acreage,  well worth talking to about your needs. I offer a solid recommendation.

Jodie lacks basic customer service skills and because of my own experience, I'll not use RT Edgar again.

They were great , helping with contacting an owner of a property and getting paperwork transferred quickly.  Very professional.
