The adoption staff are absolutely lovely! They try to give you as much pertinent information as possible, and I definitely get the impression they're looking for happy matches. Both the adoption staff and sales staff were patient and good at letting us know what we need to know.
Grooming service is wonderful and the lady did a fantastic job. I love the way our dog is trimmed. Only issue was the collar was messed up with the other dog's but it's understandable as both dogs have same names and were groomed on the same day.
I love RSPCA! The building is very easy to navigate with lots of signs! I have adopted from rspca before and it is very simple and there are lots of animals! The cafe is cosy and has great food! I have also been to the holiday programs and the are really fun! The vets are also super friendly and the whole place and staff are/is amazing!
Excellent. All vital signs are great. Could not have asked of anything more from our Vet. AND my boy has lost 1.4kg. Yay.
So I ordered some cat food - wet and dry. The RSPCA delivered double my order but did not charge me anymore. Subsequently I have recommended buying pet food from the RSPCA for all my friends. Five stars!
Grooming session costing $120 plus $10. However not satisfied with the cut and deshedding. I think these people are getting trained there or trying to spoil RSPCA reputation.
A petty grizzle.... They book appointments to the minute, I'm always early but not usually seen until usually 40 min after the booked time. Otherwise vets caring but working in a corporate culture.
