Op shop not bad. September 2023 visit. However there was a rude older female staff member serving at the counter the one with the kiwi accent- Not very friendly at all, quite rude in fact. Won't be back. It's sad, as it's nice to support RSPCA. Maybe the manager of the shop can be alerted to take into consideration that staff should provide a positive, friendly experience for all, as friendly customer service goes a long way, especially with first impressions!
Very friendly staff. This is a busy shop with lots of real bargains. Colour themed clothing and crockery make it very efficient browsing. Some vintage articles a bit dearer, but it's for a good cause! Just think of all the people who donated, all the volunteers that work there and all our fuzzy RSPCA friends :
My kids and I did an Op Shop day on the school holidays and this was the cleanest and best organised shop of the day. Everything was sized and in colour. Lovely staff too.
Was there on Thursday and bought a few items at bargain prices. The staff were friendly and welcoming, even greeting you on entering the shop. highly recommended.
Struggling to carry into this shop a very bulky item. I’m 70 years old and 3 staff talking in the back made absolutely no effort to help me. Whether or not this is a ruling if your business is irrespective, it’s just common decency. You got an extra star because you actually took the item. Very poor. Won’t be back.
