Last week we went to visit just wanting to have a look at the dogs, and my partner and I absolutely fell in love with our new puppy Blackie. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and all the animals were adorable. Thankyou so much!!
Had found some stray cats in my street and had caught them and taken them here the next morning, the front desk staff were very rude about everything, impatient and seeming like they didn’t care about the cats and didn’t believe us on where the cats had came from. We called up another place before dropping them off at rspca Dakabin but got told how ‘nice the people are, so caring’ we just didn’t see that face to face and little bit disappointed, I pointed out how the female cat looked like one on their ‘missing wall’ but the guy who was behind the desk couldn’t care less. Makes me wonder if we did choose the right place or not.
I went to the RSPCA to see if I could find a stray dog that followed us home when walking our dog. She was very sweet and we wanted to see if she found her owner. The lady who assisted me was so patient and spent a lot of time searching. I could tell she took her job very seriously and cared very much for the lost pets. Thank you all for the work you do!
Adopted beautiful Becky now Luna, she is my studying buddy. Talks all the time, loving and very sweet. Took a few weeks for our other rescue pets to like her... however she is persistent The whole family and friends have fallen in love with her feisty, loving personality.
Thanks too many ppl.... and the community group's on fb...... My old man is hme chillin after his adventure, special thxs to Jeanette who, has a halo, This lovely lady picked wagsy up.... an kept him warm an safe, ring Morten Bay, Council and the ranger, took him here.....God bless you all again
The workers and volunteers are friendly and look after the animals well. Visiting there is enriching for both the animals and people. Thank you RSPCA Dakabin for all you do.
These guys do a great job at taking care of abandoned animals all of them down there need a good pat on the back for the excellent work they do can't be easy
Front counter staff need review/firing.. as other reviews state very rude/come across as have no care factor for animals welfare. Interrogated me and asked questions that had no relevance. The lady vet seems to care about animals though, maybe she should pick the front of house staff as they are horrible.
Great place to see all sorts of pets up for adoption. Also a good place to learn how to train your dog. Lots of parking spaces. They also have a snack dispenser at the reception. The staff are very helpful and nice.
Made it 5min before closing time to pick Archie up and ladies at front desk & out bck with dogs were so helpful and nice. Wormed & flea treated him and was so happy he was good hands until i picked him up..$290 to $83 Rego & treatment and 2 nights cause i proved i had only had him over a week. Thx again ladies, Rspca..
