This is a great place to get all your safety gear. Good range of work boots, work wear and accessories. They’ve categorised them into Start, Medium, Affordable and Premium ranges. Quite a lot of variety in work apparel and footwear with some very high quality work wear and boots. The place is massive and a real One Stop Shop to gear up for work. We had a great shopping experience on our visit. The team was helpful and volunteered their help and guidance as we navigated the new store. Knowing when to leave us alone to make our choices and being there if we had a question....and we had a few :. Patient, friendly and knowledgeable team. A new store is open now in Clyde as well. Good work RSEA Dandenong, keep it up.
NO customer service at all, not even a greeting. I was the only customer there in the morning.nWas there for a good hour and not one person bothered to help me, they even made eye contact and yet nothing. No one looked happy. I think the staff would rather die than be at work.nSuch rude people. Avoid at all costs.
Can't order what i want on the Web page. Every time I pick colour then size it goes to another page. Not happy
I purchased a pair of Magnum soft toe black security/work boots from Talia. She was very helpful and the boots she recommended were a perfect fit.nnI had recently rolled my ankle and lacerated my ligature on my foot by 5 mm. The boots she selected enable me to walk and move with minimal pain. The boots were ordered with a 7-day lead time and arrived well before that time period.nnI will be returning to purchase new work boot for my son, once I am able to. He works in a very dangerous production/warehouse environment and thus needs new steel cap boots. I will be purchasing Magnum Steel cap boots for him, as they are extremely comfortable.nnThank you, Talia for making a difference and showing a level of professionalism and care for a customer, that is above and beyond.
