SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!  Do not bother with this company! They do not answer phone calls or emails. They are quick at taking your money though! The phone calls are also diverted to other companies and or blocked. They go under a few names with different phone numbers and addresses. I personally went to address in Peel Street North Melbourne. It is a gym!!! The lady at the front counter of  the gym said that they have been there for 2 years! No wonder I have been waiting for my certificate since October last year It is now the end of January I have  been trying to contact them since October! I would give them 0 stars if I could! Someone needs to shut these scammers down!  They belong behind bars!  Please note that the 5 star reviews below are not for this company! This SCAM company is “RSA Course Melbourne” not to be confused with the reputable company called “RSA Melbourne” or also known as “Complete Hospitality Training”  What a waste of time and money!

I loved RSA Melbourne’s course, it was very detailed and a quick course that didn’t take long to get the certificate. They are very efficient in responding to emails as well. Love them

The worst option. Don't waste your time and money! Did my RSA course at the Sunshine training center, I never received my certificate, even though I tried to contact the company through many different channels on several occasions. It's a scam!

Booked a RSA course on the same day and received my certificate the next. Well explained, helpful and time-efficient. Overall a great job on their part.

did the course, did the test, then never got my RSA. never replied to my emails. got ghosted and am really annoyed that I paid so much and attended an online class only for them to ghost me and never reply to my emails.

Worst experience. I did the course 2 weeks ago and I still have not received a response from my certificate. I have sent a daily email to the agency and no one answers me, just as I have tried to call the indicated numbers but there is no response. Terrible service,  I need this certificate to be able to start working and I can't because they don't give me an answer.

Gary was extremely friendly and helpful, I definitely recommend that you complete any of the courses he provides as they contain very informative sessions!

A total disaster, Cancelled my class at the last minute, asked for a refund 2 months ago and I hadnt gotten it and now they dont answer any call or reply any email. SCAMMERS!!

I had a fantastic experience with this course. The teacher was super engaging and offered up useful advice and tips, anecdotes from on the job as a hospitality worker, as well as the factual information needed to get the certificate. It was a perfect balance. I will definitely be recommending my friends and family to go here if they need to do an RSA course.
